Pricing for individual tutors and teams

Individual tutors

45-day free trial. Then $9.99/month.

• 0% TutorFluid commission
• Build without a card
• Cancel anytime

New tutors receive a 45-day free trial starting when their tutor profile is created, then pay $9.99/month. No card is needed to build your site during the trial. Add your TutorFluid billing card before your booking site goes live: students cannot book sessions or buy packages until billing is set up. Adding a card does not restart your trial, and there is no subscription charge before the trial ends. Cancel before the end to avoid the first charge. This billing card is separate from connecting Stripe or PayPal to receive student payments. Stripe and PayPal charge their standard processing fees. TutorFluid charges 0% commission.

TutorFluid for Teams

$19.99/month, plus $3.99 per additional tutor

Includes one active teaching tutor. Each additional active tutor is $3.99/month. Admin-only staff and pending invitations are not billed. Tutor count changes apply at the next renewal. TutorFluid takes 0% commission on student payments. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to online payments.

New teams do not get a free trial. Checkout always collects a payment card, and the monthly price starts with that subscription. If you upgrade a Solo tutor profile that still has trial time left, that remaining time carries onto the team subscription. When fewer than two days remain, the carried trial lasts two days from checkout.
